So easy and only 143 cals each. Makes 2 bagels Time 30 minutes Ingredients 90 g of fat free vegan yoghurt 40 g of plain flour 30 g of wholemeal flour 1 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt Sesame seeds (optional) Method Mix the yoghurt, flour, salt, and baking powder into a dough. Knead until smooth. Knead the dough into donut-like shapes. Top with sesame seeds (optional) Place on a baking tray with a silicon sheet or dust with flour and bake at 180C for 20-25mins.
