Vegan Bagels – Low Calorie

Fancy a little low calorie snack or something different for breakfast? What ever the reason, these bagels are fantastic! So easy and only 143 cals each.
Makes 2 bagels
Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 90 g of fat free vegan yoghurt
- 40 g of plain flour
- 30 g of wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Mix the yoghurt, flour, salt, and baking powder into a dough.
- Knead until smooth.
- Knead the dough into donut-like shapes.
- Top with sesame seeds (optional)
- Place on a baking tray with a silicon sheet or dust with flour and bake at 180C for 20-25mins.
