Vegan Fry Up With Chorizo Style Sausages

Yes, with the huge choice of mock meats you can have a full English breakfast with sausages, bacon, beans and even eggs. Look in the vegan section of your local supermarket for the vegan options.  When it comes to the eggs, you might find that you are restricted to tofu scrambled egg substitute.

Notably, many mock meats are fortified with iron and B12, so look at the packaging before buying and get the one best suited to your needs.

Breakfast without the oink

Overnight Oats

Yes, these are cold, but you can hot them up if you want.  They are just so tasty and nutritious that I just couldn't leave them off the list.  Overnight oats are very easy to prepare and ready by morning. You just open the fridge, grab the oats, pour in a bowl and dig in. You can, if you want, add some fresh fruit and nuts if you have time in the morning.

Marmite or Vegemite are both great to have on toast in the morning.  Both contain B vitamins and are fortified with B12 a vital vitamin for vegans.

Mashed Avocado on Toast

Avocado is a tasty and nutrition fruit with plenty of vitamins B5, B6, C, E and K as well as roughage and potassium.  With this in mind, why not try this millennial breakfast.
