Bounty Oats

If you need something sweet in the morning, this is it.  It has all the sweetness of a bounty bar but is in a bowl. Not exactly one of the healthiest breakfast oats, but definitely one of the tastiest!

Serves 1

Takes 5 minutes to prepare.


  • Rolled oats x 40 g
  • Desiccated coconut x 20 g
  • Chi seeds x 1 tsp
  • Coconut alternative to milk x 200 ml
  • Sugar x 1 tsp
  • Dark chocolate x 20 g


  1. Add the oats, desiccated coconut, chi seeds, sugar and coconut alternative to milk all together in a jar. 
  2. Place in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, melt the chocolate in a small bowl and pour on top of the bounty oats.
  4. Put back in the fridge for 30 minutes.
