Written by McDonald, T.   |  Date 24th of April 2023  A very easy meal with little effort in a beautiful rich dark gravy.  This is one of my favourites that I like to have with rice.  I like it because it is so easy to make and so quick, yet it has a great flavour and goes so well with most rice dishes.  I find pineapple fried rice to be a great companion to this tasty dish.

Written by McDonald, T.   |  Date 17th of April 2023 Do you ever start to miss a take-a-way?  If you do, you are not alone.  Many vegans have expressed a desire to have more choice and take-a-way is no exception.   For this reason, I have written this blog to show you how you can make a classic take-a-way that will leave you speechless!  I will cover both doner and shish kebabs. What to use instead of meat In these examples for the no-chicken shish kebab, I have used tofu in one and Squeaky bean in the other. Chilli Sauce Like the Kebab Van

Written by McDonald, T.   |  Date 10th of April 2023  If you are going to have a vegan doner kebab, you might as well make some chilli sauce to go with it.  You can, of course, have chilli sauce with anything that you like!  Personally, I think it goes well with most mock meats.   This spicy tomato sauce is easy to make, and I will show you the version you don't need to cook.  

Vegan Sausage Casserole

Written by McDonald, T.   |  Date 3rd of April 2023 This is a very traditional dish with a modern twist and it is so easy to prepare.  Sausages are a much loved favourite in the UK, so obviously it is of high priority to veganise.  Since we have a huge number of vegan sausages to choose from, this is an easy task.  Fantasticality comforting and great with new potatoes or mash.
