Curried Veg And Tofu Plater
This is a neat, quick and spicy meal that is great anytime of the year. It is comforting and full of flavours from the spices. In addition, the tofu is succulent like chicken and is satisfying. This is one of my favourite meals.
Severs 1. Just multiply by how ever many dinners you have.
- 100g of tofu
- 120g of Mushrooms
- 100g of aborigine
- 100g of courgette
- 1 tsp of curry spice
- Spicy potato wedges
Amusing the tofu has already been pressed:
- Dice the tofu and veg, but keep the mushrooms whole.
- Put everything in a bowl with the spices and shake around until it is all covered in the spice.
- Serve with veg
