How to make cashew cream

Cashew cream is a great way to make any curry magnificent!   It is very simple to make and boosts the flavour to the next level. In addition, it makes a great dip and you can even add it to your porridge or overnight oats. You can add it to anything that you would cream. However, if you want to make it smooth like cream, you will need to use a high powered blender.


Basic cashew cream

  • 1/4 cup of cashews per person
  • Vegan milk, as much as needed for your taste

Luxury cashew cream

  • 1/4 cup of cashews per person
  • Vegan milk, about 2 - 3 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp of nutritional yeast with B12
  • 1 pitted date 
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon 


  1. Blend the cashew nuts into crumbs

Step 2

  1. Gently pour in the vegan milk until you get the desired viscosity. 
  2. Add optional spices, date and nutritional yeast if dimerised.



Yields a very creamy and sweet pale substance.
