Stir fry veg in plum sauce with pasta

For a fantastically interesting dinner, prepare this and impress your dinners. This sweet tangy sauce really livens up this stir-fry. Furthermore, this is easy and quick to make.
- Tofu x 60 g
- Spinach x 130 g
- Bean sprouts x 150 g
- Onion x 1/2
- Red chilli pepper x 1/2
- Garlic x 3 cloves
- Plum sauce x 128 g (How to make plumb sauce)
- Nutritional yeast x 1 tsp
Start to cook the pasta and complete the recipe while it is cooking.
Cut the tofu into bit size pieces. Lightly fry the tofu in a tsp of olive oil until each side starts to turn brown.
Add the chilli pepper, onion, and garlic.
Add the spinach and bean sprouts. Cook until the spinach starts to shrink.
Add the plum sauce. Thin the sauce out with a little water, but not too much. About a 1/3 of a cup for a thinner sauce or a 1/4 for a thicker sauce.
Serve with the nutritional yeast sprinkled on top.
